DEVELOP A LONG-RANGE ENERGY PLAN TO MAINTAIN MICHIGANDER'S STANDARD OF LIVING

According to several sources, the United States will face an oil crunch as early as 2022. For a detailed analysis on the topic see HSBC's report entitled "Global Oil Supply: Will mature field declines drive the next supply crunch?" published September 2016.
